Shipping Policy
At Charms Jewellers London, we take care to ensure your order reaches you safely. All parcels are dispatched in tamper-proof packaging and are usually scanned during delivery, allowing us to track your order’s journey.
As our warehouse is based in the UK, your order is processed quickly and reliably. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt on UK working days. Please note that bespoke or personalised orders may require additional processing time.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an address where someone is available during office hours (9am – 5pm), as parcels may require a signature.
Important: Royal Mail 24-hour service does not guarantee delivery times. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting an express delivery service to avoid delays.

Taxes & Duties
All UK prices include VAT at the current rate.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
Charms Jewellers London cannot issue VAT refunds for goods shipped abroad.

International mail services continue to face delays and disruptions due to the pandemic. Services are temporarily suspended to the following countries until further notice:

Undelivered Orders
In the rare event that your order does not arrive, Charms Jewellers London will take full responsibility and either resend the order or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the circumstances.
Royal Mail considers a parcel lost if it has not been delivered by the end of the following periods:
